This 54 m² apartment is located on the top floor of a private, gated and monitored residential estate. Its standout feature is a 13 m² wooden terrace made from Siberian larch, offering a unique view of Krakus Mound — the oldest surviving structure in Kraków.

According to historians and archaeologists, the mound was most likely built between the 7th and 10th centuries. To this day, no one knows with certainty whether it served as the tomb of the legendary King Krak, a place of worship or an astronomical structure. What remains undisputed is that for over a thousand years it has dominated the city's skyline and remains one of Kraków's most iconic landmarks.
